La Grande Champagne

La Grande Champagne is a large stone farmhouse located in the Cognac region, near the Atlantic Ocean and its beaches. This residence is full of character, with its thick walls, exposed beams over a hundred years old, and the vastness of its rooms, just like the old Saintonge buildings.

While preserving this authenticity, La Grande Champagne has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern and ecological comforts: underfloor heating, perfect insulation, boiler, dimmer switches for lights, etc. The decoration beautifully combines stone and wood.
